I love Forge and my coach, Michael. As a mom of two small children and entrepreneur, this is the exact service I was looking for. I've been a forge member for 6 weeks now and must say this was an incredible find. I can't say enough good things about Forge and Michael. He has been such a great advocate for my fitness and well being. From the beginning Michael is quick to respond to questions and do his best to make sure that you are happy doing what works for you. In an industry where one size fits all, Michael truly cares about his clients and works with you to be sure you are on the right path and doing what works for you. His approach to fitness is about changing your life for the better whether you want 6 pack abs or need a little help getting on track with healthy food choices and exercise. He's done all the work. You just have to show up each day and do it. He gives you the tools to succeed if you put in the effort and give it your all. I highly recommend Michael and Forge for your nutrition and exercise goals. He's also a great listener on those days you may struggle, but will push you to get back at it. Michael offers a truly fantastic service. Not only does he really know his stuff but he's passionate about what he does and genuinely cares for his clients' success. I always get clear and comprehensive answers to my questions. I've been training with Forge for around 6 months now and the changes I've seen have seen in my physical fitness are incredible. I always struggled to workout and build a habit of exercising before, but with Michael's help I've finally changed that. Highly recommended!

I consider myself truly fortunate that I found Michael and Forge Fitness. I wanted three things in my program: 1) Flexibility - keep it interesting, change it up when necessary 2) Challenge and accountability - make it tougher than I'd make it myself and hold me accountable to a schedule even with my crazy travel and 3) A real person that cares, answers questions, and works tirelessly to help me realize my fitness goals. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Michael for helping me in my weight loss journey. I hit a plateau and was not seeing results so I felt I needed something more in my workout so I found Forge and I have had so many positive experiences. Michael not only develops workouts and eating plans but he also does education. He takes a holistic approach by ensuring that you understand his rationale for the plans that he develops. He makes everything very client centered and always asks for feedback. He always responds to any questions or concerns within a reasonable time. Even on my days where I felt very discouraged, he continued encouraging me to continue. He has been a great mentor, coach, and trainer. I put all my faith and trust in him and got the results I was looking for. He has also inspired me to make more lifelong sustainable changes.

I found Michael and Forge fitness out of pure frustration. Let me briefly explain I have been lifting on and off for several years but I found myself continually getting frustrated on my progress and my workouts I was constantly changing my workouts with the intention of getting better results but I would get tired and bored of my workouts because I was not making progress. Then I found Michael one day after a frustrating work out. I got online and his website popped up as we are sometimes skeptical about things that we do not know I hesitated for about a minute and then I decided to sign up. The whole process seems effortless from the first initial call to all of my workouts being designed for me with a specific goal in mind. It's amazing to feel and see the difference in my body in such a short time and now I know why my workouts were not effective in the past it's because I was not working out with intention. Michael builds my programs specifically for me and my fitness goals. To say I would recommend him and his company would be a tremendous understatement. Thank you Micheal and Forge for what you do to help people reach their full potential

After working with coaches, trainers & PT’s for most of my adult life and sustaining injury upon injury, then surgery upon surgery, I was becoming disheartened as trainers and physiologists were prescribing text book training for parts of my body that were not even functional anymore. It's like they weren't even really listening. Having become completely burned out on what my local gym scene had become, I was feeling pretty disheartened as I slowly and steadily lost altitude. Then came FORGE! Just listening to Michaels conviction & passion is inspirational no matter what your fitness background is. With Forge it doesn’t feel like it’s just a business. I believe Michael truly wants to see me re-claim my mobility and fitness. Michael has found ways for me to push ahead my strength & fitness, all while staying incredibly attentive to my numerous limitations.My wife has also had great success with FORGE. As her exercise program is entirely different from mine, Michael has worked to find ways to run our diet program in parallel. This makes it soooo much easier to eat the same foods just in different portions. These are among the many small details that make FORGE unique. I've worked out regularly for years but it wasn't until I began training with Michael that I started to notice a definite change. These are three things that come to mind specifically to describe my experience:1) Regiment: Every day, I know exactly what I need to get done to continue to improve my strength and stamina.2) Results: I’ve worked out consistently for years and have done a pretty good job at maintaining a certain fitness level.
