I highly recommend Forge Fitness for anyone who is looking to step up their fitness game. My personal trainer created a personalized plan for me that utilized my existing fitness interests and athletic pursuits while ensuring that I was pushing myself to new levels. Honestly I am beyond thrilled with how much this plan has helped me. Not only have a noticed a huge difference in my body, I've also noticed a huge increase in stamina and strength while playing hockey and practicing yoga (a goal we set together). After getting a routine down, it has become an integral part of my life. This honestly has helped me professionally as well. Everyday, I feel sharper and have more energy and frankly am just in a better mood. Also for anyone who has worked with a personal trainer before (like me) I REALLY liked that I had the support of a personal trainer without having to actually have them by my side. The app worked great and enabled me to feel accomplished like I had done it for myself. My personal trainer was also very responsive to my needs and questions whenever I had them. Huge fan of this program! Michael is a great coach and you control the program and the progress you want to make. I don't like working out and Michael found workouts that let me work out from home, not stress out my aging knee and still allow me to reach my goals. I highly recommend this program!

Amazing. I have always struggled with my workouts and never really knew what to do. I tried it all. P90X, Beachbody, DailyBurn...you name it. To be fair, these programs were not bad but they were nothing like Forge. My trainer at Forge, Michael, showed me how to really enjoy fitness and coached me through some hard nutritional truths. He was so accommodating and taught me how to change my mindset about food and own my fitness.
