I love Forge and my coach, Michael. As a mom of two small children and entrepreneur, this is the exact service I was looking for. I've been a forge member for 6 weeks now and must say this was an incredible find. I can't say enough good things about Forge and Michael. He has been such a great advocate for my fitness and well being. From the beginning Michael is quick to respond to questions and do his best to make sure that you are happy doing what works for you. In an industry where one size fits all, Michael truly cares about his clients and works with you to be sure you are on the right path and doing what works for you. His approach to fitness is about changing your life for the better whether you want 6 pack abs or need a little help getting on track with healthy food choices and exercise. He's done all the work. You just have to show up each day and do it. He gives you the tools to succeed if you put in the effort and give it your all. Michael offers a truly fantastic service. Not only does he really know his stuff but he's passionate about what he does and genuinely cares for his clients' success.
