I highly recommend Forge Fitness for anyone who is looking to step up their fitness game. My personal trainer created a personalized plan for me that utilized my existing fitness interests and athletic pursuits while ensuring that I was pushing myself to new levels. Not only have a noticed a huge difference in my body, I've also noticed a huge increase in stamina and strength while playing hockey and practicing yoga (a goal we set together). For nearly two decades, Michael S. Parker has worked as a fitness professional and executive level manager. He has earned multiple credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association and the Spencer School of Business. He is a certified Small Business and Fitness Nutrition Coach and holds a business degree from University of Phoenix.

Michael is also a former college instructor and consultant to the Advanced Personal Training and Exercise Science program offered by Bryan University.
